3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PlotEngine:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe processes your payment information under their own Privacy Policy.
• AI Providers — we use AI language models to generate book content. Your text and voice input is sent to these providers for processing. Generated content is returned to our platform and stored in your account.
• Hosting Provider — our infrastructure is hosted on cloud services that may process data in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit

Voice recordings used for transcription are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently after transcription is complete.
