These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PlotEngine, operated by PlotEngine ("we", "us", or "our") at plotengine.polsia.app. By using PlotEngine, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlotEngine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use PlotEngine, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlotEngine.

3. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

PlotEngine may offer a free tier with limited features. Free plan users have access to basic functionality as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan provides enhanced features including additional generation credits, priority processing, and advanced export options. Pro plan pricing is displayed on our website and is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.

Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PlotEngine to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell access to the platform without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You own the content you create with PlotEngine. All text, outlines, manuscripts, and other creative content generated through the platform using your input belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

Our Platform

PlotEngine, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

PlotEngine uses artificial intelligence to help generate book content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your purpose
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from similarity to existing published works
• You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for a subscription after a reasonable grace period

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

PlotEngine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements
• Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotEngine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlotEngine and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PlotEngine after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
